Today four pupils from the P6 and P7 class travelled to Ballygawley to represent our school at the annual Cumann na mBunscol quiz. The pupils performed phenomenally throughout the entire quiz demonstrating exceptional general knowledge during each round. After 10 intense rounds of questions the pupils were tied in 1st position. The pupils were then incredibly unfortunate to lose out on the tie breaker round by the small margin of one. A massive congratulations go to our pupils for their wonderful effort and congratulations go to all other schools in attendance including the eventual heat winners Aughadarragh. We now await the results from around the county to see do we progress to the next round. Another huge thank you goes to Miss Fox and Mr Mc Caughey for their help in preparing the pupils for the quiz.
