The pupils met to discuss a fantastic initiative of recycling ink printer cartridges. Kirby who made us aware of the initiative discussed what we have to do as a school and Eco Committee, and how the initiative will benefit our school. We are going to ask everyone connected to our school to send in empty ink printer cartridges for us to place into our recycling boxes which will then help us to purchase equipment for our school similar to our bottle cap recycling scheme. A huge thank you goes to Kirby, the Friends of St Mary’s, the Eco Committee, the pupils and everyone connected to our school for their continued support and work.
