Today, we had a fabulous whole school assembly. Well done to those who received a Pupil of the Week certificate. The Eco Committee and School council leaders showcased the preferred visual design to reflect our school vision. Well done to the children who showed wonderful creativity to illustrate our agreed vision. Mr. McAleer shared the great news that we retained our Green Flag status. On an eco-friendly note, congratulations to Mark Leonard and Bronagh McGibbon. Mark designed an excellent poster for the Mid Ulster EcoVision competition, while Bronagh composed a terrific speech for the Mid Ulster EcoSpeak competition. Finally, we revealed the exciting news that St Mary’s Primary School has been shortlisted as a finalist with Local Women Magazine Education Awards. Our school is a finalist for Best Primary School in County Tyrone!
