This week in school the pupils have been working on data handling. On Monday and Tuesday the pupils designed, constructed and analysed paper based databases and today the pupils used their work from Monday and Tuesday to create a digital database using Microsoft Excel. The pupils then sorted the data and analysed the data, creating graphs and charts whilst also ordering the data in terms of the fields through different parameters utilising the ‘autosum’ function to work out different metrics in relation to their inputted data. Well done everyone, brilliant work again today.
