On Saturday, 3rd May, our Primary 4 children celebrated their First Holy Communion—a truly special and memorable day. The service was led by Fr Cathal, who reminded us that believing is the most important step in receiving the Eucharist.
We would like to thank Mr Morgan, along with Mrs Harker and Mrs Gawronska, for preparing the children so beautifully. The class showed such confidence, reverence, and respect throughout the ceremony, and their commitment during practices truly shone through ✨.
Our sincere thanks to the parish council for preparing the chapel, Mrs Douglas for her stunning flower arrangements 💐, and the wonderful parents who supported with refreshments back at school.
Special thanks to Mrs. Mohan, Miss McCarron and Miss Fox, who elevated the celebration of the sacrament with their musical contributions. Our choir sang beautifully, and the trad band showcased their talents wonderfully well.
The sun was shining, and we hope every child enjoyed this joyful celebration with their families ☀️. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them.
